History:
The Gondolo collection takes its name from the famous dealer Gondolo & Labouriau of Rio de Janeiro, due to its close collaboration with Patek Philippe between 1872 and 1927. This special relationship resulted in the creation of the « Chronometro Gondolo », watches designed exclusively for this Brazilian dealer. Initially consisting of pocket watches, the collection expanded in the 1920s with the introduction of the first wristwatches.
The Gondolo collection brings together Patek Philippe “shaped” watches, that is to say other than round. With their timeless style and refined geometry, these models offer a contemporary reinterpretation of the Art Deco spirit.
